48" Alaskan MK IV Chainsaw Mill
Used for/with: Chainsaws with single ended bars of 52" or less, OR double-ended bars of 56" or less and 90cc or more displacement.
Fits: All Chainsaw makes.

Use description: This versatile, heavy-duty chainsaw lumber mill accurately cuts planks and beams up to 46" (114cm) wide and 1/2" to 13" deep. Clamps onto your chainsaw bar with no drilling required. Lightweight and portable, enables user to mill lumber where the tree falls. No previous experience required! New CNC-Machined billet end brackets! (See photo) These new end brackets are more accurate, easier to adjust, create less vibration than the old die cast version and are virtually unbreakable. Perfect for homeowners, woodworkers, arborists and sawyers. Optimal results will be had when used in conjunction with ripping chain and an accurate first cut.

*Please note that these are the maximum bar lengths that will fit each size mill, you can run any length below these sizes on your milll. *Please also note that the minimum power requirements are exactly that, we would recommend 75cc saw for mills up to 30" and 90cc saw for mills up to 56" and 120cc for all above for the best performance. Its anway best to have as large a saw as you can for milling. |
