SILKY Zubat Pole Saw

A lightweight professional grade aluminum pole saw. A pole saw with an oval shaped cross-section. Aluminum in construction, this saw can perform the heaviest of work. The ZUBAT pole saw has the same curved blade as ZUBAT hand saw. The base pole has a comfortable sponge rubber grip. The pole has a lever lock with spring loaded buttons at the end of each length. The oval aluminum alloy extension pole gives precise control to the direction of the saw blade (especially important for high cutting) and strength and rigidity to the pole, reducing bending to the minimum. Push buttons allow multiple length adjustments and safety clamps hold the extensions firmly in place. Very lightweight and easy to maneuver.

Pole

Mirai-Me Smooth Cutting - The teeth of the future! Blades have precision ground, razor sharp teeth with 4 cutting angles along their length. Non-set Teeth - Blades are made from SK-4 high carbon steel and taper ground i.e. thicker at the tooth edge, thinner at the back of the blade. This taper reduces resistance giving smoother, easier, faster cutting performance.

Impulse Hardening - Using a special high frequency heating technique, teeth are heated instantly and hardened. Because of this localized heating process only the teeth of the blade are heated and hardened. The remainder of the blade is unchanged and still retains its normal flexibility. The hardened teeth are harder than an ordinary file and stay sharp about three times longer than non-hardened teeth.
