The UltraLink offers the benefit of allowing a secured locked axle with the convenience of being quickly unlocked without tools thanks to our SafeLock mechanism. Three deliberate actions are required in order to open the SafeLock mechanism, this can easily be done with one hand using the thumb and forefinger. The specially shaped body of the link guards SafeLock button ensuring that risk of accidental depression is minimized.
With a minor axis MBS of 25kN (5620lbf) and a major axis MBS of 30kN (6744lbf), increasing to 40kN (8922lbf) when used with the pulley wheel. The UltraLink is CE approved and manufactured from corrosion resistant Stainless Steel with a lightweight Aluminium Sheave. The bowed frame shape encourages correct loading, especially in minor axis orientation, and the high-vis sheave aids in locating the wheel if dropped.
